Emirates has launched a new autumn offer giving eligible customers complimentary access to three popular Dubai attractions, along with discounts and travel benefits available through the airline’s customer programmes.
Under the promotion, travellers booking eligible return flights to Dubai will receive complimentary access vouchers valued at AED 535. The package includes admission to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, Lost World Aquarium and the Dubai City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour.
The offer applies to tickets purchased between September 21 and October 11, 2026, for travel between September 24 and December 13. It is available to eligible customers across all cabin classes, although certain points of origin may be excluded and terms and conditions apply.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said the offer was designed to help travellers experience Dubai’s leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment options.
“Dubai offers an extraordinary range of experiences across leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment for every budget, age and taste,” Kazim said. “We’re pleased to help our customers make the most of it when they come to Dubai, with complimentary excursions and a curated set of offers designed to add value throughout their stay.”
Travellers can also use the My Emirates Pass, which provides discounts at hundreds of participating stores, restaurants, spas and entertainment venues across the United Arab Emirates.
The pass can be accessed by presenting a physical or digital Emirates boarding pass together with valid identification at participating outlets. The benefits are available throughout the year, with additional seasonal offers introduced during selected periods.
Through the Dubai Experience platform, Emirates customers can also book hotels, restaurants, attractions and tours at preferential rates. The platform brings together hundreds of activities from different tour operators, allowing travellers to create itineraries based on their budgets and interests.
Emirates said its Comprehensive Travel Cover is also available to eligible customers. The cover includes conflict-related protection, with reimbursement of medical expenses of up to US$25,000, as well as a free trip extension of up to 30 days.
The policy also covers trip cancellation, baggage delays and baggage loss, unlimited medical expenses and emergency evacuation. It is available in 27 countries and can be added during the booking process or through the airline’s Manage Your Booking service.
Customers travelling to Dubai can also benefit from unlimited free date changes across all cabin classes, a 24-hour free fare hold and reduced refund fees for cancelled bookings. The airline noted, however, that fare differences may still apply when travel dates are changed.
Members of Emirates Skywards, the airline’s loyalty programme, receive complimentary Wi-Fi on Emirates flights regardless of their membership tier. Members can earn and redeem Skywards Miles during their stay in Dubai at participating outlets and services, including Dubai Duty Free, the Emirates Official Store and marhaba Airport Meet & Greet services at Dubai International Airport.
Customers enrolled in Skywards Everyday can convert Miles into cashback at participating retail, dining and ride-service outlets across the UAE. Members can also redeem Miles through the Skywards Miles Mall for digital gift cards from brands including Amazon AE, Deliveroo, Shukran, Apple and Nike.
Emirates said the promotional offer is subject to terms and conditions. Eligible tickets must be purchased during the stated sales period, and exclusions may apply depending on the point of origin.
