Emirates has once again secured its position as the world’s most profitable airline after posting record-breaking financial results for the 2025–26 financial year.
According to the airline’s latest annual report, Emirates recorded a profit before tax of US$ 6.2 billion, alongside record revenue and cash asset growth, reinforcing its leadership in the global aviation industry.
The Emirates Group also reported record overall performance, achieving US$ 6.6 billion in profit before tax and US$ 41 billion in revenue for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
Despite global operational challenges and regional market disruptions, Emirates said it continued to demonstrate strong resilience, supported by high travel demand, premium customer experience, and continued investment in fleet modernization and onboard services.
Emirates currently serves millions of passengers globally through its extensive international network and remains one of the leading international airlines connecting Africa to destinations worldwide.
